With over 177 stores, multiple time zones, cultural differences and a fixed launch date, this deployment needed a deep understanding of managing projects internationally. So, the retailer’s US IT partner asked our International Projects Team to take the lead.
Collaborating closely, we initially tackled WiFi deployments across 10 pilot locations. Previously, extreme variations in time zones, laws, customs and language had previously made locations in Far East Asia some of the toughest to deploy to. However, we successfully rolled out WiFi to these locations in record time. Furthermore, we have raised the bar for future international IT deployments.
